What programs are these files compatible with?
Our designs are created for use with Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite (CS), Creative Cloud (Photoshop only), and Photoshop Elements.  Any version of these programs will work with our products as long as it supports the use of layers. If you have questions regarding the compatibility of your editing program, please contact us at info@paperandcamera.com.  Our products are compatible with both mac and windows operating systems. We also have a great selection of free templates available if you would like to give our products a try.

Can I customize the templates and/or files?
All PSD files will have the option to customize your text. Many of our products also have the option to customize your colors, and add/remove elements from the product.  Our PSD files are created using layers, making them super versatile for your needs!

Will the fonts you used in the design be sent with the product?
No, unfortunately we are not able to send the fonts we used with our products. However, the good news is that, for all customizable text, we used free fonts that you can easily download yourself! If a font is not free but has been placed in use on the design, it has been rasterized.

I keep getting a message when I open a template that "fonts are missing." What does that mean?
Photoshop will always give you a message if you do not have a font in your stock that was used on a template. It is just a nice friendly little reminder from Photoshop. Unless you have all of the fonts that we have in your stock, you will always get that message.

How will I receive my products?
A link to download your files will be provided immediately after checkout, as well as emailed to the address you provide during checkout.  Please keep an eye on your spam folder because sometimes our emails will end up there.  If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes of placing your order, email us at info@paperandcamera.com to have your link resent.
I am getting a message when I open the files in Photoshop that says: "Could not complete the request because it is not the right kind of document." What does this mean?
All of the files are in zipped format. The files must be unzipped prior to attempting to open them in Photoshop. This is because Photoshop does not recognize zipped files. To unzip a file using Windows, simply right click on the zipped file and choose "extract." You can then choose where you would like to save your files. To unzip your files using MAC, simply double click on the zipped file and a new unzipped file will be created.
Do you have tutorials for your products?
Yes! We have written instructions on our website under the "HELP" tab, specific product tutorials within the downloads as well as videos that you can request by contacting us at info@paperandcamera.com. And as always, we are here to help! So, do not hesitate to email us with any questions. When you email us for video tutorials, please provide us with what version of Photoshop you use so we may send you the correct video.

How long will I have to download my products?
Your download link will expire after 30 days.
Where should I save my products?
If you purchased just the download link and not the optional USB that is mailed to you, we highly suggest saving the products to an external
hard drive or USB drive just as you would your images. This is because if you were to have a computer crash, the products could be lost. Saving the products to your computer without having a backup is done at your own risk.

What lab can I print these products at?
All of the products were created using MpixPro/WHCC. However, you can use your favorite lab to print these products. We strongly recommend that you check your bleed lines prior to using another lab.
What form of payment do you accept?
We are big fans of paypal and use paypal for our payment processing.  We also accept credit cards through the Stripe payment gateway.

Do you offer refunds?
While it is our ultimate goal for you to be super happy, please know that we are unable to grant refunds due to the digital nature of our products. If you have a problem of any kind, we would welcome you to email us so we can work together to turn that frown upside down.
What are your Terms of Use?
Oh, you know, the usual. Don't copy, don't share with other photographers, be respectful. But, in case you wanted a more detailed, legalified, version you can read our Terms of Use here. We're pretty easy going, go with the flow kind of gals, plus we're all friends here, so let's just use the products as they're intended and be kind.

How are the products intended to be used?
Our products were intended to be used to make your clients happy. Spread cheer, and show the love. Use our marketing products to boost your photography studio's sales.  Our products were not intended to be resold as your own creation, design or piece of work.

I'm not a photographer. Can I still use your products?
Sure! But not in a product you sell. For example, if you love our photoshop brush sets and want to purchase them, you can use the brushes in creating promotional graphics for your own business, but not in a design you create to sell to your clients (the exception being if you are a photographer that designs your own templates to sell to YOUR clients only). If there's any question about the usage of our products, we're just an email away and would be delighted to answer your questions.
